Council also adopted ordinances and development agreements by motion (including several bills read in title) and referred a set of bills and code amendments'covering items such as speed regulations, municipal utility revenue bonds for the Clean Water Revolving Fund, and updates to animal-related code standards'to the regular council meeting on Oct. 21, 2025 for further public consideration. Staff and planning commission recommendations were generally for approval and the council's votes carried unanimously.
