- REZ9506 (APN 105-44-145): A request tied to Jason Hughes to rezone about 1.506 acres to RR-30 (single-family residential with 30,000 sq ft minimum) so a sale contingent on rezoning could proceed and the parcel might be split. Staff said neighbors will have input during the public hearing.
- REZ952-26 and REZ953-26 (Shauna Taylor; Sierra Del Sol/representative Eric Swanson): A multi-parcel plan involving a 6.1-acre portion plus a larger more-than-50-acre Sierra Del Sol subdivision near Artesia Road and Highway 191. Staff described a preliminary plat and special development plan in progress; the commission will review preliminary materials at the hearing.
- REZ954-26 (DMMK FPLLC; representative Eric Swanson): Multiple parcels proposed to be rezoned to commercial/manufacturing for future development. Staff noted one parcel was recently annexed into the town of Pima and that a developer has proposed a Circle K; Pima supports the potential annexation. Commissioners agreed to set the item for review next month.
