Design Review Committee elects officers; Todd Ratman named president

The committee then nominated and approved Lisa Paul for vice president after a second was recorded. Nominations for secretary resulted in Don being selected; Chair (S1) announced the motion carried after a second was made (the proceedings recorded the motion as made by a member identified in the discussion as Steve and seconded by Lisa).
Committee member (S4) moved to approve the minutes from the March 17, 2025 meeting; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The leadership elections and minutes approval were procedural items at the start of the meeting; no public comment was offered on these items. The committee proceeded to discuss application amendments and other new business before adjourning.
