Commissioners agreed the county should confirm Arlington's interest and participation before moving forward and that an RFP process or other procurement would be needed to select the study firm.
No formal procurement action was taken; the court asked staff to pursue outreach to Arlington's city council and to return with options for managing and funding the study.
