The board also accepted two gifts from the Osborne Parent‑Teacher Organization: $13,000 to support recess coordinators and a $35,000 gift to support cultural enrichment programs.
The board accepted the retirement of Peter Vito, long‑time Osborne School traffic monitor and safety coordinator, effective Jan. 31, 2026. Chair and presenters thanked Mr. Vito for his years of service.
The consent agenda passed on a single motion; the board then continued with information items and additional budget presentations planned for coming weeks.
