Meyer Music donated $275 worth of orchestra music T-shirts to Pioneer Ridge Middle School, and an anonymous donor gave $500 to Pioneer Ridge eighth-grade teachers. Parents of Gardner Edgerton High School students donated $610 in teacher meals for conferences, and Looking Glass Photo Booths (Gary Johnson) donated 4-by-6 pictures and digital downloads for the high school winter dance. TradeNet donated 4,000 flyers and 25 posters to advertise the GEHS art fair in April.
Joy Closet contributed $7,000 to the Gardner Edgerton youth theater program and an additional $2,250 to cover negative meal accounts districtwide. Williams reported the cash total (not including donated supplies) as $11,507.37.
The board thanked donors for their support; no vote on accepting donations was recorded beyond the grants-and-donations report.
