Teacher Jennifer Sharpe told the board she had documented late budget submissions over the past three years, questioned the district’s growing central‑office staff and noted several central‑office positions with salaries she said exceed $100,000; she also said a previously included field‑trip line item had been removed from a school budget and asked for transparency.
Board members listened, thanked speakers and indicated the presiding officer would refer questions to the superintendent for research and response; the board did not provide immediate remedial action on the record.
