I would like to see us, spend some time on this," a commissioner said, recommending the court revisit the document to maximize coverage while minimizing premiums.
Staff said some policy elements are already at maximum limits and that adjusters will inspect property to ensure correct valuations. Commissioners voted to submit the renewal package to meet filing deadlines with the understanding adjustments could be made before finalization and further review with TAC staff would occur.
