The authority also approved a partial final‑plat amendment for Chaparral Heights to remove a southwest detention/common area and relocate utility/drainage easements; staff and the city engineer reported stormwater had already been addressed during construction. The authority approved a preliminary plat for the High Desert Omegas subdivision (three large estate lots, 5.01 acres total) after the applicant explained irrigation and a neighborhood pond/stormwater approach. Finally, the Tobler Fields preliminary plat (three small lots, ~0.55 acres) was approved with conditions and a discussion about right‑of‑way adjustments.
All four land‑use actions were approved by the authority and will proceed under standard staff conditions and either be recorded (final plat) or returned for final plat review (preliminary plats).
