Board members asked routine logistical questions including whether a rain date was needed and offered to serve as chaperones. The principal/assistant principal confirmed the trip will proceed and asked board members to let the school know if they wanted to chaperone.
The motion to approve was moved and seconded on the record and the board took a voice vote; the chair called for a favorable vote and the trip was approved.
