Board reappoints officers and approves minutes at zoning meeting

Chair called the roll and confirmed attendance; one member was recorded as absent. The board nominated and reappointed the sitting vice president and the board recorder after motions and seconding; the slate passed on unanimous voice votes. The board then moved to approve minutes from the December meeting; a motion and second carried and the minutes were approved without opposition.
The chair reviewed hearing procedure for the evening: each petitioner should state name and address for the record, staff will present a report, the board will question the petitioner and staff, then the floor will be opened for three-minute public comments before the board renders a decision or refers the matter to town council.
The meeting then proceeded to new business and zoning cases for public hearing.
