The committee completed several procedural items on April 1: approval of the March 2 meeting minutes, approval of submitted invoices from project consultants and formal votes to forward recommendations to the school committee on alternates, the high-school roof bid and to recommend engaging a PLA.
Motions were made and approved by voice votes during the meeting. OPM and finance staff provided invoice packets and a spending update for the committee to review before approving invoices to be submitted to the town for payment. The committee will forward written recommendations and supporting materials to the school committee and proceed with next steps for RIDE approvals and contract negotiations as appropriate.
