Council asks staff to seek presentation and consider support for energy bill to address regional power constraints

Council approved the request by voice vote and asked staff to coordinate with legislative partners and return with a presentation to explain the bill's provisions and how the city could support or sponsor the measure. Mayor Reyes also asked staff to contact regional transportation committee staff about Measure I allocations that SCAG had awarded for nearby projects.
