Atwater planning department introduces interim director and new staff; commissioners offer farewells

One commissioner signaled this may be their final meeting and received remarks of appreciation and well‑wishes from colleagues.
The introductions were presented as part of staff remarks after the commission closed public hearings; staff noted Greeson is an interim appointment and will serve for a few months. No formal action was taken on staffing at the meeting; personnel matters were announced for informational purposes.
