Commission told Walmart use permit is under appeal; council hearing set for July 8

She advised members of the public with concerns about the approval to contact project planners (Brandy West or Christina) or the city clerk for more information.
Commission discussion focused on procedural next steps; no additional action was taken by the commission at the May 22 meeting. The appeal will be decided by the city council at the scheduled July 8 hearing.
