Los Altos City zoning administrator approves Feb. 4 minutes; 90 Marvin Ave. hearing dismissed after owner withdraws application

Stephanie Williams, the zoning administrator for Los Altos City, called the regular meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday and approved the consent calendar, which included the zoning meeting minutes from Feb. 4, 2026. “I have reviewed the consent calendar item and am approving that,” Williams said.
Williams reminded attendees that public comments on items not on the agenda are permitted but that the zoning administrator cannot decide on non-agendized items; she said there were no members of the audience who wished to speak. The meeting then moved to a scheduled public-hearing item for an application at 90 Marvin Avenue.
Williams announced that the item for 90 Marvin Avenue was being dismissed because the property owner withdrew the application: “This item is being dismissed as the application was withdrawn by the property owner.” No public commenters addressed the matter following the announcement.
With no additional business, Williams adjourned the meeting at 4:03 p.m. There were no motions, votes, or follow-up directions recorded beyond the consent approval and the dismissal of the withdrawn application.
