Planning commission approves duplex with attached ADU at 2436 East Whitmore Avenue

The Ceres Planning Commission unanimously approved a site-approval application for a duplex with an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at 2436 East Whitmore Avenue.

After brief commission questions about the covered parking arrangement, a motion to approve the site plan passed on a 4-0 roll-call vote.
