City Manager Brad McKinney announced the successful recruitment of Travis Saez as San Dimas' new assistant city manager and asked the council to welcome him.
McKinney summarized Saez's background in Bellflower, where Saez worked closely with the community, managed communications, public affairs, human resources, risk management and homeless programs. "We're excited to welcome Travis Saez as our new assistant city manager," McKinney said.
Saez told the council he was "honored and thrilled to be a part of the San Dimas team," said he had worked with a city manager in Bellflower and "wore a lot of hats," and expressed eagerness to work with council and the community. Councilmembers welcomed Saez and encouraged him to participate in community events and ribbon cuttings.
