The Brisbane Planning Commission on Jan. 22 adopted its meeting agenda and the consent calendar by voice vote, each motion passing with four ayes.
Chair (Speaker 1) asked for a motion to adopt the agenda; a voice vote was taken and the chair announced the motion passed with four ayes. Later, the consent calendar was moved and seconded on the record by Speaker 5; the commission again voted by voice and the chair reported the consent calendar passed with four ayes.
The chair opened oral communications and set a one‑minute timer for remote callers; staff reported no members of the public raised hands during the allotted time. The commission took a moment to welcome newly appointed Commissioner Darius Wodzieak and to thank Sandy Patel for his years of service.
There were no items of old or new business on the agenda, and staff provided a short list of upcoming training (the Planning Commissioner’s Academy in Anaheim, March 11–13) and a CEQA training to be scheduled at a February meeting. The next regular Planning Commission meeting is Feb. 12, 2026. The commission adjourned at the close of the meeting.
