City Manager (speaker 5) reported the council-adopted 15-year pavement management plan is currently funded at about $2,000,000 per year. “We're in year 5,” the City Manager said, adding that the city has spent roughly $12,000,000 on paving work to date and completed about 18 miles of road — about 40% of the city's road network.
