Roll call recorded nays from Mary Diepman, Sal Diaz, Elizabeth Rivera Rodriguez, Cindy Arpin and Chair Gina Reiners, with Camille Payne voting yes; the motion failed. The chair instructed that the dean of nursing continue oversight of the program and that Goodwin return with another candidate; DPH staff noted the school must ensure continuous oversight while the board enforces regulatory standards.
