Dr. Deborah Gonzales, superintendent of the Phoenix Elementary District, welcomed families back from spring break and emphasized the district's commitment to customer service. "We're committed to excellent customer service," Gonzales said, thanking families who completed instant and quarterly surveys.
Gonzales told attendees that survey feedback helps the district improve how schools and front offices serve students and families. She named two schools for high marks in the latest round of surveys: "Kenilworth School had an 8.4 out of 10 in their customer care, and Shaw Montessori had a 9.5 out of 10," Gonzales said, and she congratulated staff at both schools.
District staff collect both in-person instant surveys at front offices and a quarterly survey sent to families, Gonzales said, and the results are used to guide service improvements. She thanked families and frontline staff for their time and support and expressed optimism for the coming term: "We can't wait for a fabulous quarter 4." No formal board actions or policy changes were announced during the remarks.
