Planning staff reported to the Avondale Planning Commission that the Planning Division received 26 additional development applications in August and said staff will bring several items forward for commission consideration at the next meeting, including proposed text amendments to the zoning code.
Staff thanked commissioners for their service and noted the additional workload; the chair announced the next scheduled commission meeting for Oct. 16, 2024. The commission adjourned following a motion and second.
