Mr. Lutke also announced details for the Lewisville 2035 community visioning workshop No. 3: Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m., a come-and-go event at Valley Ridge Church (also identified as First Baptist Church) at the northwest corner of Valley Ridge Boulevard and McGee Lane. Staff said the workshop will include a free hot-dog dinner and activities designed to gather community feedback to inform the comprehensive plan; a final workshop is planned later in the process, toward July.
Fernandez briefly addressed the board, expressing appreciation for the opportunity to serve. There were no questions that required follow-up during announcements. The board then opened a public comment period, received no speakers, and adjourned.
