The City of Casa Grande City Council voted to adopt the City of Casa Grande 2025 Strategic Plan by adopting Resolution No. 5897.
Staff summarized that the plan, which staff and council began developing in October with consultant Nicole Lance of Lance Strategies, establishes focus areas including infrastructure and expansion and public safety, links strategic objectives to operational execution, and is intended to inform the city’s Fiscal Year 2027 budget process. "The plan can provide direction, discipline, and accountability," staff told the council, adding that an annual review was planned to inform the executive leadership team’s action planning.
A council member moved approval of Resolution No. 5897; the motion was seconded and, after a roll‑call vote read by the clerk, the motion carried.
The council directed that the plan be used as a framework during upcoming budget development and annual action‑plan cycles.
