Chairman Steve Burke announced that two road-vacation public hearings (CR62 and Wayne Road) had been postponed because of publication issues; Burke moved to set the CR62 hearing for 10:00 a.m. on April 22, 2026 (Resolution 2026-04) with the Wayne Road hearing to immediately follow (Resolution 2026-05). Commissioners approved the scheduling motion unanimously.
In other administrative business, Commissioners authorized Chairman Burke to sign a termination letter to gWorks (motion by Sautter, second by Ditsch) and accepted the 2025 Weed Control Compliance Report (motion by Sautter, second by Ditsch); both motions passed unanimously.
The meeting recessed at 10:22 a.m. for a quarterly jail visit under §47-109 and resumed at 11:00 a.m. The board adjourned at 11:01 a.m.
The board also approved a detailed list of claims across funds totaling $391,992.13.
