During the public forum resident Manny Osmani described longstanding noise and nuisance problems behind his Liberty Court home, including repeated late-night music, engine revving and alarms that continue into the early morning hours. Osmani said he has taken videos and has called police repeatedly but the disturbances continue; he said the problem had intensified recently and asked for help.
A staff member noted that Chief Bassett, the police chief, was in the back row and offered to meet with Osmani immediately to begin a conversation and explore enforcement or other remedies. Osmani accepted the offer and thanked the board for the opportunity to speak.
President Kaufman closed the public forum after noting that was the only green-slip public comment that evening.
