Botetourt Elementary is Gloucester County's first National Blue Ribbon School; students and staff celebrate

Botetourt Elementary principal Miss Hudgins told the board that Botetourt has been recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School, saying the award honors overall school achievement and progress in closing achievement gaps among student subgroups. "We are the first school in Gloucester County to ever receive a national blue ribbon award," she said.
