Planning commission approves several special-use permits, elects new leadership; one item continued

Leadership and procedure: Commissioners elected Ida Seiler as chair after a nomination from Commissioner Guymon and later elected Commissioner Vieira as vice chair. The commission adopted the Dec. 10 agenda and approved the consent agenda.
Approvals: The commission voted to approve the following special-use permits subject to staff-recommended conditions:
