Board approves MSSPs after TSI identification for Farmington and Emerald Hill

Hauman said final accountability results were received in late December and clarification on implementation requirements did not arrive until mid-January, producing a condensed development timeline. Campbell described the MSSP contents—needs assessments, planned interventions and monitoring—and said both schools had completed required steps including participation in a Jan. 14 VDOE webinar.
At the meeting the board approved both MSSPs by motion of Kelley Pearson, seconded by Elizabeth Hutchins. The approval satisfies the board’s requirement to submit the plans by the Feb. 6 deadline.
