District 4 Supervisor Jason Spence moved to approve the Jan. 21, 2026 meeting minutes and District 5 Supervisor Bryce Lott seconded; the board voted aye: Donald Hart, Malcolm Perry, Cruz Russell, Jason Spence and Bryce Lott. The board also approved the claims docket for Feb. 2, 2026 (motion by Lott, second by Hart) with the same unanimous roll call.
On personnel matters, District 3 Supervisor Cruz Russell moved (seconded by Spence) to move William Harry III from full-time to part-time correctional officer effective Jan. 18, 2026, and to grant Carolyn Robinson maternity leave beginning Feb. 8, 2026, for 12 weeks; the motion passed unanimously.
