Planning commission tables Clearwater Point subdivision, approves several shoreland variances

Staff outlined the Cobblecrest proposal: a preliminary plat for 'Clearwater Point second edition' creating four lots and a variance request for earthmoving and a driveway within a Bluff impact zone.
