Separately, Ordinance 42‑90‑A rezoned property off East Hancock and Foxcroft Drive from C‑1 Local Commercial to R‑2 Family to bring four already‑built duplexes and three proposed duplexes into compliance with the zoning code. Planning staff noted four duplexes were previously built before the zoning was corrected and recommended approval; the council approved the rezoning by roll call.
Both items went to the Planning & Zoning Commission with favorable recommendations. Council action authorizes staff to update the official zoning map if the ordinances are recorded.
