Planning and Zoning Commission approves multiple 30‑day plat extensions, schedules March 30 special meeting

The chair called the Planning and Zoning Commission to order and the body approved the Feb. 3, 2026 meeting minutes by voice vote.

Staff member Lisa told the commission that the applicant for the final plat Nivell Terrace (FP25‑0013) has requested a 30‑day extension to continue work on outstanding items and that the matter is scheduled for a special meeting on March 30.
