Later, the board approved a standard annual part‑time employee resolution that preserves eligibility for insurance at a reduced hourly threshold; Randy moved and Casey seconded the motion, which passed 4–0. After an executive session to discuss ‘‘the purchase acquisition disposal of real property or water rights, Section 10‑15‑1(H)(8) of the Open Meetings Act,’’ the board returned to open session and approved budget adjustments by voice vote. The Chair stated that only items on the agenda were discussed in executive session and that no formal action was taken in closed session.
The votes recorded during the meeting were all unanimous. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for April 20 and adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
