Comptroller Malynda Richardson presented invoices with and without purchase orders and recurring expenses; the court approved those items and adopted budget amendments as presented. Judge Henington also described facility maintenance priorities, including a preventive A/C replacement plan for the Red Pattillo Center and Val Beard complex using LATCF funds and noted the need for courthouse roof maintenance and additional elections office space.
