At its April 1 meeting the Manti City Council took three formal actions recorded in the public minutes.
1) Approval of minutes: Councilmember Mary Pipes moved to approve the March 4, 2026 minutes; Jan Christiansen seconded and the council voted to approve the minutes.
2) Payment of bills: Councilmember Brian Francois moved that the city pay its bills; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.
3) Closed session: The council voted to move into closed session to discuss property, litigation and personnel matters. An individual roll call was taken as part of the approved motion to enter closed session.
There was no further public action recorded before the council recessed to closed session. Any outcomes from the closed session will be reported as required by law.
