Commission approves cleanup to temporary-use rules requiring public-road access for some uses

Kevin Stinson of Community Development said the change is principally a cleanup to ensure some temporary uses include a public-road access requirement. "...we felt that there would be certain uses that would be better to protect and serve our citizens if they required an ... access a public roads access," Stinson said.
Commissioner Goren moved to approve the change (Item 6); Commissioner Garner seconded and the motion passed by voice vote as recorded in the meeting transcript. Commissioners described the amendment as a cleanup rather than a response to a single, specific case.
