Mr. Cook said the monthly charge is $21,009.90 (about $252,118.80 annually) and that the district expects 90% reimbursement through the federal E‑Rate program; the board approved the renewal.
Capital projects advanced: the board approved Burke-sourced playground quotes under Sourcewell contract pricing for Crescent Elementary (pre-K and 5–12) and for Daniels Elementary's pre-K playground. Staff noted the Crescent quote excludes fencing and some concrete work; the Daniels installer was working on rubber mulch and site fencing completion.
Board members asked clarifying questions about voter turnout (staff participation around 1,089 ballots) and vendor performance; speakers said they were satisfied with both the vendor work and the e-rate reimbursement arrangement.
