Maywood board approves sale of 715 S. 7th and development incentives, suspends façade matching grant

Trustee A. Sanchez moved the omnibus approval and Trustee M. Lightford seconded; the motion carried on roll call. The board also voted to suspend the Commercial Property Improvement Program (known as the Matching Grant Façade Program) and directed staff not to release application forms to the public pending further board review.
