The board also passed Ordinance 25-025 to amend Chapter 6 of the Village Code to increase Class D-2 (full-service) liquor licenses from 15 to 16, allowing Fusion Marina Company at 151 E. Boughton Road to open in early September.

The May 2025 state administrative fee was $35,955.72.
