Granite Falls retreat spotlights housing, downtown revitalization, safety and resident engagement

At a Sept. 20 retreat, the Granite Falls City Council and staff discussed community development priorities including housing affordability, downtown revitalization, pedestrian and traffic safety, and strategies for resident engagement.
