Albia Eagles Club asks city to consider selling hotel lot as Albia Ford eyes expansion

Council discussed the request in general terms and told the Eagles Club it would contact them when a plan for the lot is in place. No motion or formal council directive to initiate a sale or appraisal was recorded at the meeting.
