Citizen group urges Carlsbad council to place election-integrity resolution on a future agenda, citing claimed voter-roll anomalies

A group of volunteers identifying as United Sovereign Americans used the public-comment period to ask the Carlsbad City Council to place a resolution on a future agenda calling for investigations and remedies related to alleged inaccuracies in California’s voter-roll database.

Skip Hammond introduced the group and said its "audit of the 2022 election" relied on volunteer data teams. Anne Muchinski and other volunteers urged the council to put the resolution on a future agenda and to vote to support the remedies.
