Director Lancaster, who introduced the item, described the 11.2‑acre site at El Camino Real and Canon Road and said the plan responds to community input gathered through three phases of outreach. "This is a milestone moment for us," Lancaster said as staff presented the final recommended concept prepared with Schmidt Design Group.
