Second item is conference with legal counsel regarding, existing litigation. The name of the case is Roberto Umana versus the city of National City. And finally, we have public employee performance evaluation and the position to be reviewed is the city manager.”
The council then entered closed session; meeting staff said they would reconvene later and report out of closed session at the end of the regular session. The public record in the open meeting does not record any motions or votes on the listed items.
Council staff said they would return to open session and report any required disclosures after the closed session concluded.
