Butler County approves final plat for Zannic Addition

The Butler County Board of Supervisors approved Resolution #22-2026 on March 24, 2026, adopting the Final Plat titled "Zannic Addition," a minor subdivision totaling 5.74 acres in Section 33, Township 90 North, Range 15 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian.
Planning Administrator Misty Kofron presented the plat and noted the Butler County Planning & Zoning Commission had reviewed it and recommended approval at its March 19 meeting. The legal description presented in the resolution outlines the parcel boundaries and notes that the plat is subject to covenants, restrictions and easements of record.
The resolution also documents an existing access easement to a landlocked parcel and says the parties may opt to enter into a new easement agreement that follows the existing driveway at a later date. The board approved the resolution on a motion (motioned by Greg Barnett, second by Wayne Dralle); the meeting record shows the roll call indicated ayes with no nays and no absences and the resolution was declared passed and approved that day.
The resolution states it takes effect immediately. The county auditor will record the resolution and the final plat per county procedures and any recorded covenants or easements will remain in effect.
