Oviedo parks staff detail CIP projects from maintenance building to playground replacements

The splash zone play structure and surfacing are in place and staff hope to soft-open during spring break. Staff described a 200-gallon tipping bucket feature on the new play structure and noted it cycles about every 90 seconds.
