A motion to grant the certificate was seconded and approved by roll call: Tom Aye; Charles Aye; Joe absent; Julie Aye; Jay Aye; Carlos absent; Jacob Aye; Mark Aye. Staff reiterated that outstanding inspections and fees for the 2021 work must be addressed before building permits are issued.
