The council ratified appointments to the Terrebonne Parish Advisory Committee for Disabilities, confirming Shelly Neddy and Jenny Rauch to serve on the committee; both addressed the council after the vote and described their personal connections to disability issues in the parish. Council members thanked Arc and local social‑service providers for their work. No budget actions were taken as part of the proclamations; these were recognition and appointment votes recorded in the meeting minutes.
